Dr. Patricia A. Young

Dr. Patricia A. Young is an educator, consultant and researcher committed to bringing innovative learning design solutions to business, industry, government and schools. Presently, she is employed as an Associate Professor in Literacy Education at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

Her latest book Instructional Design Frameworks and Intercultural Models (2009) presents the Culture Based Model as a framework for the design of culture-based information and communication technologies.
